THE SMALL PRINT AND Q&A
We can offer a key pick service, but we only accept bookings if you can be there to inspect the property with the cleaner at the end of the clean so we can make sure you are satisfied with the job.
Our jobs start 10 am or 1 pm on your chosen date.
The cleaning duration is 2-6 hours but contracted until the clean is totally finished.
You must have hot running water on the day of the clean.
All rubbish must be cleared so your cleaner can carry out their duties. Let us know in advance if you need help with clearing to avoid unexpected charges.
